Online certificate programs form Christ-centered leaders through leadership foundations, missiology, and the House of Prayer movement.

Welcome!

Welcome to The Ruach Global Missions Institute of Missiology and Leadership.

I’m honored you’re here. This Institute was birthed out of years of prayer, global ministry, and a deep conviction that God is intentionally raising up BIPOC leaders to take their rightful place in God’s global missions story.

At Ruach Global Missions Institute, we are committed to forming missionaries and leaders who are biblically grounded, spiritually mature, and culturally aware. This is not simply an academic journey. It is a formative process designed to strengthen your calling, clarify your assignment, and equip you to lead with humility, courage, and discernment in both local and global contexts.

Whether you are a pastor seeking deeper theological grounding, an emerging leader discerning your next steps, or a believer sensing a call to the nations, my prayer is that this Institute becomes a sacred space where your voice is affirmed, your leadership is sharpened, and your obedience is stewarded well.

Welcome to the journey.

Apostle Dr. Shelley Crozier, Ph.D.
