Tuition, Fees, and Payment Options

Ruach Global Missions Institute is committed to being accessible for pastors and emerging leaders without financial aid, while providing rigorous formation and academic structure.

Fees

  • A one-time registration fee of $50 per student is due upon acceptance into your program of choice to hold your spot. 

Tuition

  • $400 per course (3 credits, 8 weeks)

  • $2,400 total per certificate (6 courses, 18 credits)

Payment Options

  • Pay Per Course: $400 due at the start of each 8-week course

  • Monthly Autopay Plan: $200/month for 12 months (recommended)

Grading and Auditing

  • Graded Option: standard 4.0 grading scale

  • Audit Option: Pass/Fail (P/F) available for students who want the formation without letter grades

Transfer Guidance

  • Students who want coursework considered for transfer into degree programs at other institutions should choose the graded option. We are currently working to establish a preferred transfer relationship with a college partner, and details will be shared once finalized.

FAQ's

Is the program online or in person?
Online only (for now).

How long does it take to complete a certificate?
48 weeks. Six courses. Each course is eight weeks.

 

How many credits are each course and certificate?
Each course is 3 credit hours. Each certificate totals 18 credit hours.

Can I take courses out of sequence?
No. Course order is fixed. Students move through the cohort sequence together.

​

What are the admission requirements?
C2 English proficiency is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is recommended.

How are students graded?
Graded students receive letter grades using a standard 4.0 grading scale. Auditing students receive Pass/Fail.

Can I audit a course?
Yes. Students may audit any class and receive Pass/Fail.

​

What if I want my coursework to transfer into another degree program?
Choose the graded option. Transfer policies vary by institution, but graded coursework is most commonly accepted.

Do you have transfer partnerships?

What kinds of assignments should I expect?
Readings, reflection journals, discussion participation, Scripture-based analysis, case studies, and practical application projects as outlined in each syllabus.

Is RGM Institute ONLY for Black, Indigenous, and people of Color?

No. While we are committed to equipping, empowering, and sending BIPOC missionaries, we welcome Christ-followers from any nation, tribe, or tongue.
