Founded in 2016 by Apostle Dr. Shelley Crozier, The Well Encounter is more than a ministry—it’s a BIPOC and women-led Christian missions movement. As a House of Prayer and Apostolic Hub, we exist to release the healing power and shalom of God into the nations, igniting transformation in the darkest places of the earth.

God entrusted Dr. Shelley with a bold, prophetic vision: to raise up a new generation of evangelists, missionaries, and servant leaders who will prepare the earth for the return of the Messiah. Our mandate is simple yet divine—Live the Command. Love the Mission. Anchored in Psalm 107:20 and Isaiah 58:6–14, we carry the fire of the Great Commission, determined to see revival and reformation sweep across the globe.

Our global vision now spans sixteen nations, where we are cultivating apostolic training centers, prayer houses, and humanitarian initiatives that bring hope, healing, and justice. In 2024, this call expanded with the birth of Ruach Global Missions & House of Prayer in Durban, South Africa—a prophetic, kingdom-centered expression equipping and mobilizing people of color for global missions through prayer, worship, evangelism, and discipleship.
