Founded in 2016 by Apostle Dr. Shelley Crozier, The Well Encounter is more than a ministry—it’s a movement. As a House of Prayer and Apostolic Hub, we exist to unleash the healing power and Shalom of God into the darkest corners of the world.

God gave Dr. Shelley a bold, prophetic vision: to raise up a new wave of evangelists and missionaries who will help prepare the earth for the return of the Messiah. Our mandate? Live the Command. Love the Mission. Anchored in Psalm 107:20 and Isaiah 58:6-14, we’re on fire for the Great Commission and won’t stop until revival reaches the ends of the earth.

Our global vision spans sixteen nations, where we’re igniting flames of revival and fueling regional transformation. And in 2024, the mission expanded with the launch of Ruach Global—a powerful new expression of this call. Based in Durban, South Africa, Ruach is equipping and mobilizing people of color to take their place in global missions through a dynamic culture of prayer, worship, evangelism, and disciple-making.
