We Belong in God's Global Story
A Call to Belonging, Formation, and Faithful Sending
We Go Too is the heartbeat of Ruach Global Missions. It is a declaration that Black, Indigenous, and People of Color belong fully in God’s global mission. We are not an afterthought, a footnote, or a supplement to someone else’s calling. We are sent by God, formed by Scripture, and empowered by the Holy Spirit to serve the nations.

We Go Too is more than a motto. It is a reclaiming of identity and calling. It affirms that believers from every nation, culture, and people group are essential to the work of the Kingdom and must be equipped, affirmed, and sent with care and authority.

Why We Go
Jesus commissioned His followers to go and make disciples of all nations. This calling was never limited by ethnicity, geography, or access to power. From the beginning, God’s redemptive story has included people from every tribe and tongue, raised up as leaders, witnesses, and carriers of His presence.
Ruach Global Missions exists to steward this calling with integrity and justice. We recognize that many BIPOC believers have been called by God but historically excluded from training, resources, and sending structures. We believe this is not the heart of God.

We go because the Gospel is for all people, and because the Church is strongest when every part of the Body is formed, honored, and released to serve.
How We Go
Our mission model is rooted in formation before sending and belonging before assignment. All who serve through Ruach Global Missions are trained and formed through the Ruach Global Missions Institute of Missiology and Leadership. The Institute provides biblically faithful theological education, missional formation, and leadership development that honors culture, context, and calling.

From there, missionaries are commissioned and sent through Sawubona House, which serves as the central mission base and apostolic hub for Ruach Global Missions. Sawubona House is a place of prayer, discernment, covering, and care. It is where leaders are known before they are sent.

Missionaries are then deployed to one of our regional mission bases, serving alongside local communities and leaders with humility, accountability, and respect.
This model ensures that BIPOC leaders are not only sent, but supported, protected, and empowered throughout their service.
Ways We Go
There are many faithful ways to participate in God’s mission. We Go Too affirms that calling looks different across seasons and contexts, but belonging remains the same.
For those discerning a call to missions or leadership, the first step is formation. The Ruach Global Missions Institute equips emerging and practicing leaders through certificate programs in Missiology and Leadership.
This pathway was created with global BIPOC leaders in mind, removing unnecessary barriers while maintaining biblical and academic rigor. All Ruach Global Missions missionaries complete Institute training prior to deployment.
After formation and commissioning, missionaries may be sent to serve at one of our mission bases. Service may include prayer and worship, discipleship, leadership development, community engagement, humanitarian outreach, or pastoral care.
Mission bases will operate in Chile, Haiti, New Zealand, Ireland, and the United States in Columbus, Ohio. Sawubona House in Durban, South Africa serves as the central hub for sending and oversight.
Prayer is foundational to everything we do. We invite intercessors and worshippers from every background to join the rhythms of the House of Prayer. Prayer partners stand with missionaries and communities, covering the work spiritually and faithfully.
Many are called to send. Financial partners and sponsoring churches make it possible to train leaders, sustain mission bases, and support Sawubona House. Partnership is a shared act of obedience and an investment in a global mission movement led by diverse voices and unified faith.
