At The Well Encounter, we operate differently — by design. We are not a nonprofit organization. Why? Because we believe the Church should be moved to give out of love, not for tax deductions or public recognition. Our founder, Dr. Shelley Crozier, envisioned a Kingdom model that reflects the heart of Jesus: a community that gives generously, sacrificially, and joyfully — because we trust in God's promise.

 

As Jesus said in Luke 6:38:

"Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap." We invite you to partner with us in this radical, Spirit-led movement.

 

Your giving supports global missions through Ruach Global, including vital work at the Sawubona House in Durban, South Africa — a place of healing and restoration for women coming out of exploitation and addiction.

• Employment of local staff and missionaries

• Discipleship training, outreach, and trauma healing programs
