About
Dr. Shelley Crozier is the founder of The Well Encounter and Ruach Global, an apostle, author, and pastoral counselor with a passion for empowering people of color to serve in global missions. A former Executive Director of the Ohio Legislative Black Caucus, she redirected her life toward ministry after a powerful encounter with God in 2000. Since then, she has led transformative work in pro-life advocacy, discipleship, and healing ministries, helping save thousands of lives and prepare the Church for Christ’s return. A dynamic leader and speaker, Dr. Shelley holds multiple degrees, has authored several books, and continues to raise up spiritual sons and daughters across the globe.
